President, CEO and Director

Kevin Smith is Inogen’s Chief Executive Officer, President and member of our Board since November 2023. Prior to joining Inogen, Kevin, served as the CEO, President and Executive Director at Sirtex Medical US Holdings, Inc., a biotechnology company, from 2019 to 2023, after serving as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Americas from 2017 to 2019. From 2021 to 2022, Mr. Smith also served as interim President and Chief Executive Officer and Director at OncoSec Medical, Inc., a biotechnology company. In his previous roles Mr. Smith served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Gel-e, Inc., as Chief Commercial Officer at Sensium Healthcare, as Global Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Teleflex, and served in various sales and marketing roles in medical device companies. Mr. Smith holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Management from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.

Michael Bourque

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mike Bourque joined Inogen as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in March 2024. Prior to joining Inogen, Mike served as CFO and Treasurer of Chase Corporation, a global specialty chemicals company, from 2021 to 2023. Mr. Bourque also served as Chief Financial Officer of Keystone Dental, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Analogic Corporation from 2014 to 2018 and as Vice President of Finance for Axcelis Technologies from 2011 to 2014.

Mr. Bourque holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and the Certified Public Accountant designation. He has completed a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Jennifer Yi Boyer is Inogen’s EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer. Jennifer is playing a critical role in improving Inogen’s organizational effectiveness to elevate inter- and cross-departmental efficiency and productivity, as well as modernizing talent acquisition, retention and development across the board. Her efforts are focused on enabling our strategic imperatives in support of our growth goals and our envisioned culture.

Jennifer brings to the company 25 years of strategic and transformational HR leadership experience with deep expertise in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organization Effectiveness, Transformational Leadership, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and workforce planning. Her work has been recognized by the Society for HR Management for innovation in HR and she was recently recognized as one of the top 100 DEI Leaders by Mogul

Jennifer obtained her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, her Masters’ degree from Seton Hall University and completed an Executive Leadership Certificate at the JFK School of Government at Harvard University.

Gregoire Ramade

Chief Commercial Officer

Gregoire Ramade joined Inogen in November 2023. Before joining Inogen, Mr. Ramade worked for Vapotherm from May 2016 to October 2023, first starting as Vice President, International and then was promoted in September 2020 to Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Ramade worked at Becton Dickinson Medical-Pharmaceutical Systems as Vice President of Global Marketing and Business Development from January 2013 to May 2016. He also held the positions of Senior Marketing Director Home Healthcare Solution at Philips Healthcare from 2010 to 2012, Marketing Director EMEA at Philips Respironics from 2005 to 2009 and Product Manager of Consumable Masks and Accessories at Philips Respironics from 2004 to 2005.

Mr. Ramade holds his Bachelor degree in International Business with a minor in Economics from the American University of Paris. He also holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chausses School of International Management.

Philip Corrin

Senior Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain

Philip Corrin has served as our Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain since February 2023. Mr. Corrin joined Inogen in April 2020 as a Director of Operations.  Mr. Corrin brings 18+ years of experience across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement functions.  From November 2005 to April 2020 Mr. Corrin worked for Envista, a spinoff of Danaher Corporation’s Dental platform in 2018.  Mr. Corrin most recently was the Director of Operations at Envista and held various roles during his tenure in Engineering, Project Management, and Operations. 

Mr. Corrin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University Pomona.  He also has a Credential of Readiness from the Harvard Business School HBX program.

Krishna Jhaveri

Chief Medical Officer

Krishna Jhaveri is Inogen’s Chief Medical Officer and joined the company in February 2023. She has taken on roles of increasing responsibilities during her time at Inogen and has defined the medical strategy for innovation projects, build the product safety team while improving processes and efficiencies, and has crafted the claims strategy. Krishna is a strategic and resourceful physician scientist and brings with her over a decade of experience in research, clinical development, medical affairs, regulatory, product launches, pharmacovigilance and other areas across the medical devices and biopharmaceutical sectors. Prior to Inogen, Krishna worked for Philips where she served as the Clinical Scientific Lead guiding the pharmaceutical industry clients in the strategic implementation of wearables in drug clinical trials and spearheading evidence generation strategy and implementation for motion biosensor technology. Prior to Philips, Krishna was the Global Medical Affairs lead at Merck and Bayer managing multiple portfolio assets in the consumer and Rx-to-OTC switch segments and leading efforts on global expansion, regulatory submissions and long-term claims strategy.

Dr. Jhaveri received her medical degree from Bombay University and a Doctorate in Pharmacology from Southern Illinois University, School of Medicine.

Adrien Mithalal

Adrien Mithalal

Senior Vice President, Research and Development

Adrien Mithalal joined Inogen in September 2023 after PhysioAssist acquisition. As President of the PhysioAssist organization for 12 years, he assembled a high performing team to develop, industrialize and market the Simeox product focused on airway clearance.

During his time there he onboarded prestigious investors Mérieux Equity Partners and Turennes Capital. He has a strong cross functional background in medical devices development, certification, and market development in respiratory care. He is currently board member of SNITEM, French union for medical devices manufacturers.

Adrien holds a Master’s degree from ESIEE Paris as embedded system engineer, and a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business school specialized in technological project management.

Senior Vice President, Quality and Regulatory Affairs

Paul Andreassi joined Inogen as our Senior Vice President of Quality & Regulatory Affairs and is responsible for ensuring that our products meet government standards and uphold the highest quality for our patients. Paul is based in Boston and brings a wealth of experience to our team, having previously served as the Vice President of Quality at Olympus Corporation, a renowned medical equipment manufacturer based in Tokyo. With over a decade of executive experience in Quality Assurance, reporting directly to CEOs, Paul has led comprehensive quality assurance efforts in the medical device industry. His expertise encompasses navigating FDA compliance, driving organizational transformations, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering operational excellence. Notably, he is also a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.

General Counsel and Executive Vice President, Business Development

Kevin P. Smith joined Inogen as General Counsel and Executive Vice President, Business Development in July 2024. Mr. Smith most recently served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President, Business Development of Sirtex Medical US Holdings, Inc., a medical device company based in the Boston area, since 2018. Before joining Sirtex, Kevin served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Flexion Therapeutics focusing on securities requirements, business development, intellectual property, and other matters faced by early-stage, commercial healthcare companies. Prior to that, he was General Counsel for the Danaher Life Sciences Platform, managing the legal, compliance, intellectual property, trade compliance, and HSE functions for the companies within the platform. He has also held senior legal leadership positions within Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Switzerland and Massachusetts, including as the General Counsel for the Novartis Molecular Diagnostics Unit, Head of Legal for the Emerging Growth Markets, and Head of Legal for the General Medicines unit (NSO, IID and Established Medicines). Before moving in-house, Mr. Smith worked for multinational law firms in New York, Silicon Valley and London.
