Inogen Recognized as a Finalist for Ragan's CSR & Diversity Awards Program

This recognition celebrates the outstanding efforts of organizations that have demonstrated exemplary commitment to corporate social responsibility and fostering diversity and inclusion within their communities and workplaces.

The winners of Ragan's CSR & Diversity Awards will be announced during a special industry Awards Luncheon on September 28, 2023, held at the Yale Club in New York City. The event will bring together leading industry professionals, CSR advocates and DE&I champions to celebrate the finalists and their exceptional contributions.

Ragan's CSR & Diversity Awards program honors companies and individuals who have displayed exceptional dedication to making a positive impact on society and promoting diversity in all its forms. Being recognized as a finalist is a testament to Inogen's commitment to driving positive change.

Inogen was chosen from a wide pool of entries to receive recognition as a FINALIST in Ragan’s CSR & Diversity Awards in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Commitment category for its FreshAir@Inogen campaign led by their internal Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging & Accessibility (DEIBA) Taskforce which began in June of 2022.

Highlights of the program include a 50-person volunteer DEIBA Taskforce that established a DEIBA Vision and principles to guide their work as they tackled modernizing benefit plans, improving selection processes, ensuring equitable compensation, a monthly roadmap of internal communications and stories by associates about their experiences and achievements, engagement surveys, mentoring, and both psychological safety and inclusive leader training.
